What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting supports clients in somatically processing trauma and emotional pain. As trauma is released through deeply focused mindfulness, healing can occur in the subconscious brain. Many will find that they notice a shift in symptoms as soon as the day of the appointment or in the weeks to come.
